Session 9

Drizzleshroom

The party fights against the mighty Drizzleshroom and his squigs, rapidly gaining the upper hand. When he realizes the battle is lost, Drizzleshroom escapes to fight another day.

The PCs find a way out of the tunnels, and back into the burning forests above. After some more travel, they find the crash site of the Grund. The airship is damaged, but with some repairs it could still fly. 

Repairs are ongoing, when Drizzleshroom makes his appearance, this time riding a huge Troggoth, and leading a veritable army of grots and squigs.

While the duardin proceed with the repairs, the party fights the advancing horde, killing multitudes and defeating Drizzleshroom himself. As more of the grots and squids rush to the site, the Grund in finally repaired enough to take flight.
