Session 11
The PCs visit the graveyard to pay respect to one of Xana's lost comrades. they then visit a few taverns in the city, to try and learn more about the Blackscale Coil. Their research is inconclusive, so they decide to go the the harbour. The party sails away from Anvilgard on the Blackfin. At sea, they see the wreck of a plagueship of Nurgle.

Session 8
The Heroes spend the night in the underground ruins, watching over the survivors of the crash. During their stay, they're attacked by ghostly undead coming out of the very walls of the cave. The Heroes defeat the undead, and abandon the ruins.
They reach a vast flooded cave covered in fungi; colossal branches of vegetal matter cross the cave, granting access to other tunnels. While they walk on these paths, swarms of grots come out of the surrounding tunnels, and crawl over the natural bridges. The Heroes fight the green-skins hordes off until the grots loose their courage and break from combat.
Further ahead the group find themselves in a cavern filled with endless varieties of mushrooms. A hulking grot infested with mushrooms coming out of his skin blocks their path, and challenges them, as swarms of squigs come out of the surrounding vegetation. Combat is imminent.

Session 7
The Heroes do what they can to save as many people from the crashed ship. They help Apothecary Elma recover several medical supplies from the wreckage, and protect a few crewmembers from marauding daemons. When the situation is under control, together with Captain Brokka they plan their course of action.
Another ship fell not too far from their ship, and it looked to be in better conditions. The survivors decide to try and find the other ship. When they start on their path, the ground itself gives away, dropping them into undergrounds tunnels. The tunnels are not natural formations, but they cannot identify their craftmanship.
Luckily, the tunnels seem to go toward the right direction, so the survivors take advantage of the cover offered by the passages. But the tunnels are not uninhabited: a stampede of mutated cattle rushes toward the party and the survivors. The PCs uses magic and cunning and avoid being trampled.
Further ahead, they chance upon ancient underground ruins. The place seems defensible enough, so the party decides to set camp for the night.

Session 6
The party leaves Brightspear on board of an airship, together with a fleet of Kharadron vessels. On their way to Anvilgard they encounter a weird pink tempest. The tempest was actually cover for a horde of deamons.
The PCs fight against the daemons and succeed in protecting their vessel. Unfortunately, other airships from the fleet do not fare that well, and one of the airships crashes against the Heroes' craft. Both ships plummet to the ground, leaving the PCs stranded in an hostile jungle.

Session 5
The party fights against the gathered acolytes, while at the same time trying to deactivate the gate and stop the Lord of Change from coming through. With a combiantion of smarts, spells, and blades, they manage to defeat the chaos worshippers, kill the traitor, and close the Gate.
When the Lord Arcanum arrives on the scene, he congratulates the Heroes for a job well done, and for having brought once again light to the beacon that protects the city from daemonic assaults. This earns the party the honorable title of Bloody Lightbringers!

Session 4
The party arrives in a part of the complex that contains broken caskets. These caskets form a complex magical battery, that powers the Realmgate. The caskets themselves are powered by the souls of those Agloraxians that sacrified themselves to create this wonder.
While exploring, some of the spirits of the ancient Agloraxians come back in the form of evil spirits, and attack the party. Helped by the light of Sigmar, the PCs destroy the undead.
They find another chamber containing caskets, but this battery seems to be still functional. By manipulating the controls, the party manages to activate the battery. This trigger the arrival of several chaos acolytes. Slowly the main door to leave the chamber is opening, and the party can see the Realmgate and their allies on the other side, also beset by chaos worshipers.
The party takes care of the enemies on their side of the door, and then proceed to enter the room of the Realmgate. Alas, they see Candice Amard, Keeper of the Archives, is manipulating the control panel to open a gate to the Realm of Chaos!
While the PCs fight acolytes and minor daemons, the Realmgate slowly rips open, revealing the terrifying form of a Lord of Change trying to make it through.

Session 3
The party continues the exploration of the Undercity. They come upon several abandoned halls, some of them hiding insidious hazards to test their mettle. During their travels they're ambushed by more fyrehunters.
After walking in the depths for seveal hours, they finally come upon a great chamber occupied by daemons. They fight the chaotic creatures, Tzaangors servants of Tzeench, and they kill them to the last.

Session 2
The party goes to the Bright Market, looking for Prezarium Shandos, the best Undercity guide Brightspear has to offer. They find the man at Lowstone's, an inn and tavern priding itself on its cheap prices and spartan atmosphere. After some negotiation they persuade the man to help them, and they make arrangements to meet the day after.
Malgra goes to the Highport to look for Captain Brokka Brokkisdotr, an old friend of the duardian endrineer. The two spend a few hours together, reminiscing about the good old times.
The day after, the party meets with Shandos, and together they descend into the Undercity. After some exploration, they're ambushed by a pack of Fyrehunters. They defeat the horrid spiders, and take a few minutes to rest.

In the Portentarium they meet Lord-Arcanum Salonia Gravewing. The Lord-Arcanum explains the reason of their summons. Atop the Spear of Heaven is the Beacon of Brightspear, a magical crystal that long ago burned brightly, keeping Chaos at bay. The crystal is somehow connected to an inactive Realmgate that lies below the city. The Lord-Arcanum believes that activating one will make the other work. With the forces of Chaos encroaching from all sides, the only salvation for Brightspear is for the Beacon to shine again.
The PCs visit the inactive Realmgate, where they meet a few people involved in researching the gate:
- Bragga Coppertoe, Captain of the Fyreslayer,
- Aashira Khatri, High Artisan and Master of the Reliquaries,
- Cadice Amard, Keeper of the Archives.
From them they learn that the key to activate the Realmgate is to find some sort of power source deep in the Undercity. To achieve that, Vontus suggests to find a guide that knows how to navigate the Undercity. He gives them a name, Prezarium Shandos. The man is one of the best guides in Brightspear, but he has a reputation as a cheat and a liar.
